What you'll do
- Provide second-line support for complex SuccessFactors incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication
- Coach HRIS analysts and other team members, sharing technical knowledge and improving support capability
- Support the onboarding and development of new team members through documentation, knowledge transfer and practical guidance
- Identify recurring issues, complete root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes that improve platform stability and user experience
