Senior Human Resources Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can do more than execute HR tasks—you’ll help own the employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.

What you'll do

• Own and coordinate key employee lifecycle processes from onboarding and orientation through offboarding, ensuring employees have a consistent and positive experience
• Serve as an initial point of contact for employees and leaders with HR questions, provide guidance and determine when matters should be escalated
• Support leave and accommodation processes by conducting initial intake, helping employees understand next steps, coordinating with our leave administration partner
• Triage employee relations and performance management matters, gathering relevant information and partnering with People & Culture leadership on appropriate next steps
• Provide support to managers and employees related to HR policies, processes, documentation, and general employee questions
