Senior Hyper Automation (RPA) Developer/Engineer

About the role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering RPA projects and integrating AI/ML capabilities to optimize business processes. They will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing, and developing advanced RPA workflows, mentoring junior developers, and driving automation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead the analysis of complex business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Designing and developing advanced RPA solutions using various RPA tools such as Power Automate will have an added advantage
• Integrate AI/ML algorithms and techniques to enhance RPA capabilities and optimize business processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and subject matter experts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior developers in RPA development best practices and AI/ML integration
