Senior Impact Manager

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of measurable outcomes—whether through ecosystem development, capital deployment, or strengthening partner networks.

What you'll do

• Lead a global impact portfolio with strong assurance and delivery discipline: Own the end-to-end execution and quality assurance of our global plastic recovery
• Has a demonstrated record of project management leadership to deliver multiple projects and handle multiple stakeholders at once
• Oversee rigorous project reviews, field verifications, and corrective action plans to maintain high implementation standards
• Develop scalable SOPs and dashboards to streamline operations and reduce friction in portfolio management
• Ensure all impact claims are credible, ethical, and defensible through robust documentation and real-world evidence
