About the role

As a Senior Implementation Engineer II at Cleo, you are the technical backbone of your TEAM: configuring complex integrations, leading customer status meetings, guiding junior engineers through challenges, and bridging the gap between solution design and hands-on implementation. This is where deep technical execution meets leadership accountability — and where your path to Principal Engineer begins.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical delivery for assigned projects from implementation through Hypercare
  • Configure and troubleshoot complex EDI, API, ERP, and B2B integrations
  • Build advanced Business Process Sequences (BPS), data mappings, and API workflows
  • Implement performance, security, and integration best practices
  • Customer & Project Leadership

What you need

  • 5–7 yrs of experience
  • ERP
  • B.Tech or B.E.

Good to have

  • SAP
