Senior India Branch Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Markets Operations - Associate

About the role

You will run end-to-end reporting deliverables, strengthen controls, and drive lasting fixes to recurring issues. You will partner closely with operations, treasury, product, technology, and change teams to deliver accurate outcomes in a high-control, time-sensitive environment. As a Associate in India Branch Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Markets Operations, you will own non-financial regulatory reporting delivery and related operations processes.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end preparation, review, and submission of non-financial regulatory reports, including PDR, GPB, FTD, SFR, FSU, CRILC
• Interpret regulations and internal policies, documenting key judgements, assumptions, and reporting methodologies to support consistency and auditability
• Lead data quality and reconciliation routines, including reasonability checks, variance analysis, break investigation, and exception resolution with upstream data owners
• Drive ledger and system reconciliations, prioritising ageing items, coordinating ownership, and ensuring timely closure of breaks
• Support funding and liquidity-related operational activities by resolving issues impacting settlements, positions, and reporting through effective cross-team coordination
