Senior Insurance Manager

About the role

The Senior Insurance Manager will lead the development and management of Linxon’s global insurance programs, ensuring adequate and cost‑effective coverage aligned with our risk profile. The role partners closely with Finance, Legal and Project Management to support both corporate and project‑specific insurance needs.

What you'll do

• Advise bid and project teams on project‑specific insurance requirements based on contractual and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the insurance claims process, from notification to resolution, ensuring timely handling
• Analyse insurance and claims data, prepare reports, and drive lessons learned into improved risk‑mitigation approaches
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on insurance coverage, policy wordings, claims, and emerging risks
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure alignment of insurance strategy with corporate objectives

• Insurance

• Risk management

• Any graduate
