Senior Internal Auditor

About the role

As a Zimmer Biomet team member, you will share in our commitment to providing mobility and renewed life to people around the world. Primary responsibility will be to support, plan and execute financial, operational, internal control and IT audits on a global basis as well as complete special projects as the needs arise.

What you'll do

• Lead and support the engagement team through the planning and execution of financial and operational audits
• Develop strong partnerships with key business people to provide superior audits and value-added recommendations for process and risk management improvements
• Keep informed on current issues and trends involving internal audit and compliance audit best practices, relevant US GAAP, SOX regulatory requirements
• Report proactively on project status and milestones
• Follow up with process owners for timely implementation of management action plans (MAPs) and escalate if required
