Senior IT Ops Analyst

About the role

The IT Ops Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of cloud / on-prem resources, incident management including escalation. They will also be responsible for routine operations of Azure Virtual Desktop. The analyst should have good knowledge of networking, Identity & Access management, and Update management (Patching), Automation & Scripting

What you'll do

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and support the Azure resources ensuring best practices for scalability, availability, and security
• Provisioning, monitoring & maintaining the Azure Virtual Desktop services
• Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate (if required) any incidents related to Azure services, network connectivity, and resource utilization pro-actively
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
• Conduct regular security assessments and Implement patches & vulnerability mitigation

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Azure
• PowerShell
