Senior IT Specialist I (Workday Compensation Specialist)

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for participating in the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Advance Compensation, Core Compensation, Talent & Performance, Workday Recruiting and Human Capital Management (HCM) module solutions. You will work closely with HR, Talent Management, & Recruiting stakeholders to understand HR processes and ensure the effective use of Workday to meet the organization’s needs.

What you'll do

• Core Compensation & Advanced Compensation: -
• Participate in the configuration and continued maintenance of the Workday Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting
• Configure core and advanced compensation structures, including compensation packages, Compensation element, grades, grade profiles, eligibility rules
• Bonus plan with Scorecard – (Company Funding Scorecard, Plan Modifier Scorecard & Compensation Scorecard)
• SME in configuring compensation grid, Compensation Matrix, Compensation review process, Compensation statement

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
