Senior IT Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Network Security & Infrastructure Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience in managing enterprise network and security environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in Fortinet/FortiGate Firewall Administration and Zscaler Web Proxy/Secure Web Gateway Management , along with proven experience in leading network operations teams and managing critical enterprise infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage enterprise network and security operations across multiple locations
• Act as the technical owner for Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls , ensuring secure configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management
• Manage and administer Zscaler Secure Web Gateway/Web Proxy solutions to enforce security policies and provide secure internet access
• Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN environments
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical network and security incidents (P1/P2) and lead incident resolution activities
