Senior IT Support Specialist_Unnao

About the role

To support employees of GGH using computers and the software necessary to perform their daily duties as well as maintain the IT infrastructure of GGH entity to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability of GGH IT infrastructure, minimize downtime, and support seamless day-to-day operations for all employees.

What you'll do

• Provide constructive feedback on current processes and offer insightful recommendations for their improvement
• Train IT staff on effective troubleshooting and problem diagnosis
• Participate in investment projects, support annual budget planning, and monitoring actual expenditures
• Oversee the local IT infrastructure and take immediate action to resolve any outages that occur as quickly as possible
• Develop a knowledge base of resolved issues to assist in future problem-solving
