What you'll do

  • Act as the final technical authority and escalation point for complex issues related to core systems and processes
  • Own the technical delivery and stability of high-profile, company-wide events (e.g., All Hands) hosted on Zoom
  • Process Automation & Optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams (like People & Culture and Security) to remove friction from key business processes, re-engineering workflows for speed and efficiency
  • Own and automate the monitoring of hardware and SaaS compliance, ensuring all systems align with business and security standards
