About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Jama Connect Administrator / Enterprise Integration & AI Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Jama Connect administration, enterprise middleware integrations, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI Agent development, and agent orchestration .

What you'll do

  • Jama Connect Administration & Engineering
  • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the Jama Connect platform
  • Manage user provisioning, roles, permissions, licenses, groups, and access controls
  • Configure and maintain projects, workflows, item types, relationships, review processes, baselines, and reusable templates
  • Support enterprise requirements management processes, including requirements authoring, traceability, baselining, reviews, approvals, and reporting
