Senior Key Account Manager (PSS08094)

About the role

The Key Account Manager – Ecommerce will take ownership of key e-commerce accounts to drive sustainable, profitable growth across online marketplaces. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce / Business Head, this role is critical in scaling the online business and strengthening the company's position as a leading sustainable consumer brand.

What you'll do

• Own overall business performance of assigned e-commerce accounts and build strong relationships with marketplace account and category managers
• Develop annual and quarterly account plans aligned with business objectives to identify opportunities for assortment expansion, visibility, and incremental revenue
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability management
• Analyze account-level performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities, developing action plans to improve sales, conversion, and profitability
• Ensure accurate and effective product listings across marketplaces, monitoring content, pricing, ratings, reviews
