To drive sustainable Gold Loan business growth by developing and managing risk policies, ensuring portfolio quality, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. ? Responsible for formulating, implementation/dissemination & adherence of risk policy for Gold loan. ? Working closely with product team tweaking policy as per market requirement
