Senior Lead - Programmatic Ads

About the role

This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing strategic demand partnerships, and leading monetization initiatives across global markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned adtech professional who has operated at significant scale, understands the publisher monetization ecosystem deeply, and can independently own business-critical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Drive revenue growth across Open Auction, PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and other programmatic channels
• Monitor and optimize fill rate, render rate, eCPM, ARPDAU, and overall yield
• Build forecasting models, business reviews, and performance reporting for leadership stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets
• Own relationships with major DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, and ad networks globally
