Senior Lead QA Engineer

About the role

You will work as a Senior Lead in Test Engineering within an elite delivery team. Be very hands on while leading a team of QA engineers focused on performance testing. Apply your understanding and expertise in performance testing methodologies to ensure high-quality, stable releases that meet non-functional requirements!

What you'll do

• Work as a Senior Lead in Test Engineering within an elite delivery team
• Design and execute comprehensive performance test suites including soak, load, stress testing, and throughput analysis
• Work closely with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative testing solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial industry
• Develop and maintain NFR calculations and performance benchmarks for trading systems
• Drive the development of test engineering tooling using Java for the entire QA organization

What you need

• 8–10 yrs of experience
