Overview The Business Analyst – Talent Acquisition Technical Support role is integral to Gallagher’s global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE), focusing on streamlining and optimizing recruitment processes through technical support and leadership. This position is pivotal in enhancing the efficiency, productivity, and quality of talent acquisition technologies by providing expert guidance and support.

What you'll do

• Responsible for training and partnering with other Business Analysts Key Responsibilities within TA and HR to ensure consistent processes and maintaining documentation…
• Manage TA technology ecosystem (e.g., ATS, CRM, career site/portal, VMS, LinkedIn, AI/chatbots) in partnership with internal teams and vendors
• Plan and execute testing (UAT, regression, smoke), assess release impacts, and coordinate deployment and communications
• Develop and maintain documentation (BRDs, process flows, SOPs, job aids, test scripts, change logs) with proper version control and audit readiness
• Build dashboards/reports, analyze data to identify trends and insights, and communicate findings to stakeholders and leadership
