Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

The Sr. Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services to the Bosch Group India, specifically focusing on overall mobility business of Bosch in the India region, M&A, Capital Markets, Anti-Trust Laws as well as corporate advisory. To be able to handle key and complex disputes, real estate for the organization, manage special projects.

What you'll do

• Strategic Advisory and Corporate Advisory: Contribute successfully in the areas of M&A, Structuring and Restructuring of entities, Capital Markets, Litigation
• Check and report to the General Counsel and stakeholders on any Legal and regulatory topics

What you need

• 15–18 yrs of experience
