Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

You will be part of a legal team that supports business operations by providing strategic legal guidance, contract management, and risk mitigation expertise. The team works closely with commercial, project, procurement, and leadership teams to enable business growth while ensuring compliance and protecting Siemens Energy's interests.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and amend commercial contracts, service agreements, legal notices, and other business-critical documentation
• Manage contract and claims-related matters, including preparation of legal correspondence, contractual assessments, and dispute mitigation strategies
• Provide legal advice on commercial, regulatory, and compliance matters while identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Support meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder discussions by providing practical legal guidance and documentation support
• Coordinate with external counsel and support dispute resolution activities in line with business objectives
