Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

To serve as the lead legal advisor for product governance, contracts and fund raise matters across the Company's regulated and financial services businesses, including Fixed Deposits, Credit Cards and other New Initiatives. The role will partner closely with business, product, technology, marketing and leadership teams to structure products, assess regulatory implications, support strategic initiatives and provide commercially practical legal advice.

What you'll do

• Product Advisory & Structuring
• Provide end-to-end legal support for existing and new products
• Advise on product design, launches, enhancements and lifecycle changes
• Review customer journeys, product flows and platform features from a legal and regulatory perspective
• Identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks associated with product offerings

What you need

• 6–7 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• SEBI regulations
• Due diligence
• LLB or CFA or MBA
