Senior Manager - Advertising & Communication Design

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Manager – Design to lead creative output across Glance’s global consumer marketing function. This is a senior role for an experienced agency professional with strong design craft, a proven management track record, and the range to work across brand, campaign, social medial, film, and product communication.

What you'll do

• Creative Direction & Brand
• Set the creative standard for the team and ensure all output meets a world-class bar
• Partner with marketing, product, and content leadership to align design with brand and business objectives
• Lead design across a spectrum of applications – Including but not limited to campaigns, product marketing, films, OOH, print, performance advertising
• Ensure creative consistency across formats while optimizing each for its medium
