Senior Manager, Application Engineering - Money Movement & Payments

About the role

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern digital solutions within our Investment and Money Movement platforms. This role will lead high-performing engineering teams, shape technical strategy, and build scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams through effective hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development
• Drive the technical vision, architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications
• Provide technical leadership for complex software initiatives, ensuring quality, reliability, security, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with product, architecture, UX, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives
• Lead solution design reviews, architecture decisions, and approval of technical deliverables across multiple applications and platforms
