Senior Manager - Application

About the role

A highly motivated and business-oriented Senior Business Analyst who should serve as a critical bridge between business functions and the enterprise Data & Analytics functions. The candidate will drive adoption of centralized data assets, KPI standardization, data governance, and analytical solutions.

What you'll do

• Act as primary liaison between business teams and Datalake, BI & Analytics teams
• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, define KPIs and business metrics
• Translate business requirements into functional and analytical specifications
• Drive enterprise-wide KPI standardization and promote centralized reporting
• Partner with Data Engineering and BI teams to design data marts, dashboards, and other such analytical solutions

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Power BI
• Data analysis
• Data warehousing
• Business analysis
• MIS reporting
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Com
