What you'll do

  • Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite audit standards
  • Providing a robust and clear perspective to audit committees and
  • Providing critical information for stakeholders
  • Supervise document preparation (DRHP/RHP) for IPO, due diligence and execution ?
  • Supervise the execution and successful IPO closure ?

What you need

  • 9–16 yrs of experience
