About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Manager – Business Development to drive B2C growth across Assam and the North East region. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pharmaceutical industry , investor engagement and franchise sales/onboarding, with the ability to build and scale a regional business network.

What you'll do

  • Drive B2C business development strategy and execution across Assam NE
  • Identify, engage, and onboard investors for regional expansion
  • Lead franchise sales — identify potential partners, negotiate terms, and manage end-
  • Build and nurture relationships with investors, franchise partners, and key regional
  • Develop and execute market penetration plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
