About the role
Identify land/housing societies with potential for acquisition/redevelopment and evaluate project viability. Maintain strong market intelligence on land acquisition/redevelopment trends, pricing, and competition. Understand and apply relevant rules, regulations, and redevelopment norms. Prepare detailed feasibility reports for land/redevelopment projects.
