Senior Manager – Business Finance

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Finance professional to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of FamPay's financial operations and strategy — you'll work closely with the founding team and business heads to drive financial rigour, build scalable processes, and support critical business decisions.

What you'll do

• Own Annual Operating Plan (AOP) including targets, budgets, and financial roadmap
• Track key business metrics with business leads ensuring accuracy and insights
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across planning cycles
• Prepare EBITDA and P&L reports with commentary on key drivers
• Build financial models for business units, cohorts, and new products

What you need
