Senior Manager - Capital Formation (Investments/Equity Fundraising)

About the role

This role offers direct exposure to equity, structured equity, and mezzanine transactions at both asset and platform level. The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Capital Formation, India and be actively involved in deal structuring, investor negotiations, financial modelling, and transaction closure.

What you'll do

• Equity & Structured Capital Execution
• Support execution of platform level and asset-level equity raises
• Assist in structuring and evaluating transactions including: Minority / majority stake sales, Joint ventures and Structured equity-instruments
• Analyze capital structure strategies to optimize return, leverage, and risk allocation
• Support end-to-end deal lifecycle: investor outreach to financial close
