About the role

The Sr. Client Consulting Manager is responsible for proactively managing operational relationships with key Visa clients, acting as a liaison and escalation point for client issues, and leading internal and external recovery efforts for product and processing service interruptions.

What you'll do

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing problem management, proactive identification of processing efficiencies, service change support
  • Lead and manage operational initiatives, special projects, and client-driven continuous improvement plans
  • Engage Technology and Product organizations to regularly review and identify permanent solutions to operational issues
  • Represent customer change requests, system or operational requirements, and negotiate and manage expectations internally and externally
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve the client experience by streamlining operational processes

What you need
