What you'll do

• The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial and contractual management for our renewable energy project through development, construction and commissioning
• Ensure that project contracts are commercially robust, contractual obligations are actively managed, changes and claims are controlled
• It suits a commercially minded finance professional who is comfortable operating at the intersection of finance, contracts and operations
• Support the management in strategic decision-making through robust commercial analysis, scenario modelling and clear recommendations
• Evaluate options relating to financing, offtake, O&M, curtailment, merchant exposure, refinancing, asset optimisation and potential M&A / divestment
