What you'll do

• Achieve business targets - Target Planning (Product Mix, Channel Mix for the respective partners)
• Maintaining GWP Spread across mapped Location
• Manage Retention and focus on Increase in Retention %age with specific activities at Partner level
• Create & Implement training programs for Partners
• Identify and reduce TAT of Discrepancy in policy transactions and cheque bounce % and ensure
