What you'll do

  • Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that modernize hardware engineering development practices
  • Lead the development of engineering automation platforms supporting PCB design, board development, compliance engineering, and embedded systems workflows
  • Establish AI-enabled automation standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across engineering organizations
  • Promote adoption of automation technologies that improve productivity and reduce manual engineering effort
  • Establish and scale an enterprise Digital Asset Factory for reusable engineering assets, models, reference implementations, and engineering knowledge
