Senior Manager/Director – Power MOSFET R&D

About the role

The Director will build and lead a high-performing engineering organization responsible for delivering product development, advanced technology concepts and future semiconductor innovations aligned with the global technology roadmap.

What you'll do

• Support smooth running of India Design center (IDC)
• Identification of suitable location, if expansion is required
• Co-ordinate with different groups: legal, financial, facilities
• Build and scale a world-class R&D organization capable of delivering global semiconductor programs
• Establish the operational infrastructure required for a high-performing engineering organization
