ROLE INTRODUCTION Job Title Manager – EHS & Sustainability Reporting To DGM – EHS & Sustainability Location Corporate Office, Kolkata, India Grade/ Level Manager Job Objective The Senior Manager – EHS & Sustainability will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environment, Health & Safety and sustainability frameworks across Vikram Solar's operations.

• KRA Responsibilities KPIs 1 EHS Policy, Strategy & Management Systems Develop and implement comprehensive EHS strategies, policies, and programs aligned with local
• 2 Audit, Risk Assessment & Corrective Action Management Lead audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• No. of audits/inspections completed vs. plan; % CAPA closure within agreed timelines
• 3 Statutory & Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS laws, regulations, and standards

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• Safety management
• Any graduate
