Senior Manager – Electrical Engineering

About the role

The Senior Manager – Electrical Engineering will lead and scale the MKS India Center – Engineering electrical engineering organization across product architecture, analog, digital and power electronics, embedded hardware, PCB design, qualification, compliance, industrialization, and lifecycle engineering.

What you'll do

• Architecture and Lifecycle Value: Platform reuse, standardization, cost improvement, alternate-source readiness, and obsolescence-risk reduction
• Working with global teams across the complete product lifecycle, this leader will build technical depth, common standards, reusable platforms
• Establish standards for schematic and PCB development, design reviews, signal and power integrity, EMC/EMI, reliability, safety, manufacturability, testability
• Build and develop a scalable organization through hiring, competency development, mentoring, career paths, succession planning, and leadership development
• Partner with global engineering, product, manufacturing, quality, supply-chain, and compliance teams to align priorities, roadmaps, resources, standards

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• PCB design
• Talent management
• B.Tech or B.E.
