Senior Manager-Engagement Management-Engagement Lead

About the role

This role combines engagement management, client relationship leadership, sales enablement, and delivery oversight with deep knowledge of data platforms, governance, and AI modernization . As the client-facing lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that EXL AI & data solutions deliver measurable outcomes across industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, and Emerging Markets .

What you'll do

• Work closely with vertical (IMU) leaders, sales, and marketing to expand opportunities, shape data-driven strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management and AI initiatives
• Build strong C-level and business sponsor relationships, influencing both technology and business strategy
• Lead client reviews, roadmaps, and executive presentations to ensure alignment to outcomes
• Ensure delivery of projects involving data migration, data governance, data quality, MDM/RDM, DataOps, lineage, and AI/ML adoption
