About the role

This role requires strong stakeholder management, rigorous review of complex financial deliverables, and effective people leadership to drive high‑quality financial reporting and continuous process improvement. Oversee end‑to‑end Record to Report process ensuring accurate month‑end and quarter‑end close within deadlines.

What you'll do

• Oversee end‑to‑end Record to Report process ensuring accurate month‑end and quarter‑end close within deadlines
• Drive timely closure of books across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Manage stakeholder relationships with finance, business units, audit and external partners
• Review and approve complex journal entries, reconciliations and financial statements
• Lead a team of accountants, providing coaching, performance management and career development

What you need

• 10–18 years in accounting & taxation
• Reconciliation

• Chartered Accountant or MBA or B.Com
