About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, providing actionable insights to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate and timely financial deliverables.

What you'll do

• ? Budgeting Support: Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly
• ? Financial Modelling: Build and maintain models to evaluate business
• ? MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue analysis, and variance
• ? Variance Analysis: Identify drivers of deviations between actuals and forecasts
• ? Data Reconciliation: Ensure consistency across HR, Accounts, and MIS

What you need

• 3–5 yrs of experience
