Senior Manager - Fixed Income, Alternatives and Structured Products

About the role

Vice President, Product Manager - Fixed Income, Structured Products & Alternatives The role will lead the investment product strategy for Fixed Income, Structured Products and Alternative Investments across HSBC India’s wealth business. The role will translate market opportunities, client needs and regulatory developments into a compelling, commercially viable and well-governed product shelf.

What you'll do

• Product strategy and shelf architecture
• Own the frameworks for product due diligence, approval, whitelisting, shelf sizing, review and retirement
• Assess the shelf regularly to identify product gaps, client suitability considerations and opportunities to improve portfolio coverage
• Maintain the right balance between product breadth, client relevance, governance requirements and commercial viability
• Ensure the shelf reflects the needs and risk profiles of different client segments
