About the role

Reporting to the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace, this role will help ensure DDN's offices operate efficiently, deliver exceptional employee experience, and support the company's evolving business needs.

What you'll do

  • REAL ESTATE & PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT
  • Support portfolio reporting, occupancy planning, and workplace data analysis
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, brokers, landlords, and external partners on lease administration and transaction activities
  • Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation
  • WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE & OPERATIONS
