What you'll do

• Governance and Risk Leadership
• Establish and oversee governance frameworks covering data quality, reporting standards, controls, metadata management, and data lifecycle governance
• Lead data governance and data quality forums, building strong relationships and alignment across stakeholder groups
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, global data protection regulations, and emerging AI governance requirements
• Lead governance reviews, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory responses relating to People data, analytics, and reporting
