About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, bold, and strategic Senior Manager – Growth & Partnerships to drive our expansion and scale our reach exponentially. In this role, you will lead our growth strategy as a "1-person army," taking full ownership of identifying, acquiring, and nurturing high-impact strategic institutional partnerships.

What you'll do

• Partnership Acquisition & Strategy: Design and execute the complete partner acquisition strategy to identify and onboard strategic partners
• Commercial & Financial Management: Take accountability for pricing decisions, revenue collection, and contract agreements
