About the role

Position Summary - Lead the Human Resources and Administration functions by driving talent acquisition, strengthening people practices, and ensuring efficient administrative operations.

What you'll do

• Handle talent acquisition by driving workforce planning, recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding
• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, learning & development, and talent management initiatives
• Manage employee relations, HR policies, statutory compliance, and disciplinary matters
• Handle administration functions including facilities, travel, transport, security, housekeeping, and office infrastructure
