About the role

As a Senior Manager, HR Applications, you will lead the end-to-end delivery, transformation and operational management of the enterprise HR applications landscape.

What you'll do

  • Own the technical strategy, governance and operational excellence of HR applications
  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise HR technology solutions
  • Drive strategic global HR initiatives, system enhancements and integrations
  • Oversee core HR platforms and connected HR applications across the enterprise
  • Ensure HR technology solutions align with business objectives and technology standards
