About the role

Senior Manager, IT – SAP Finance & Controlling We are seeking a highly experienced IT leader with deep expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling solutions, SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance transformation, and management reporting capabilities. This role will design, implement, and support global finance, controlling, planning, and reporting capabilities across SAP S/4HANA, Central Finance, and integrated enterprise platforms.

What you'll do

  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Controlling and Finance capabilities across a varied global system landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC
  • Provide functional leadership across core controlling, finance, product costing, margin analysis, financial close, management reporting, and planning capabilities
  • Partner with Controllers and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions
  • Oversee SAP capabilities and integrations with other non-SAP systems and platforms such as Oracle EPM, Snowflake or similar solutions
  • Define future-state finance and controlling architecture, lead design workshops, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and implementation best practices
