About the role
Senior Manager – Maintenance Work Location: Coimbatore Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in Maintenance leadership(Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred) Maintenance Planning & Execution Develop and implement maintenance planning & scheduling systems (daily, weekly, shutdown planning).
What you'll do
- Ensure effective execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance (BM), CBM strategies
- Improve equipment availability, reliability, and lifecycle performance
- Track and improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
- Drive root cause analysis (Why-Why Analysis) and implement corrective actions
- Optimize manpower utilization, spare parts inventory, and maintenance costs
