Senior Manager/ Manager - Memory Circuit Design

About the role

Lead the development of next-generation DRAM and LPDDR memory technologies that enable AI, mobile, automotive, and high-performance computing applications. Drive design innovation across memory sub-systems including array, datapath, sensing, repair, redundancy, IO, power management, and reliability features.

What you'll do

• Define and drive strategic technical direction for memory circuit design activities across multiple projects and technology nodes
• Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team capable of delivering world-class memory products
• Own execution, schedule, quality, and risk management for critical design deliverables
• Partner with architecture, verification, layout, product engineering, characterization, and manufacturing organizations to achieve program objectives
• Drive design reviews and technical decision-making for complex circuit, timing, power, reliability, and performance challenges

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
• Circuit design

• B.Tech or B.E. or PhD
