Senior Manager, Market / Entity Financial Controllers (APAC)

About the role

You will lead financial control and service delivery for markets and entities across APAC from India. You will work closely with market finance teams, shared service centres, IT and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and controlled financial outcomes. What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end financial control and reporting for assigned markets and entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close
• Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors and market teams to resolve issues and improve service outcomes
• Monitor service performance using agreed metrics and lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls; support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals, setting clear expectations and supporting career growth
